PRESS RELEASE

Headline: Careless repairs can costs lives says local repairer

Penkridge based business Hodson Ford Accident Repair Centre have achieved the coveted BSi 10125 Vehicle Damage Repair accreditation and can now proudly display the internationally recognised British Standards kite mark. This means that motorists can bring their vehicles to Hodson Ford ARC in the safe knowledge that repairs will be carried out under the strict guidelines laid down by the British Standards Institute.
Hodson Ford Dealer Principal, Tony Jackson explained “modern vehicles are constructed from a combination of different metals which are critical to the structure, safety and integrity of the vehicle. If these materials are not cut and welded correctly using the latest approved equipment and technicians, the consequences could be fatal. It has been proven that a badly repaired vehicle, not repaired in a professional bodyshop could cause serious injury or loss of life due to the vehicle not performing as it should do in the event of an accident”.
Hodson Ford ARC is one of a number of bodyshops across the UK accident repair centres to have achieved this coveted accreditation. Mr Jackson commented “it’s your right to choose to have your car repaired at the bodyshop of your choice, do not leave your car in the hands of a car body repairer who does not employ the skills and equipment necessary to bring your car back to its pre accident condition.
If you have been involved in an accident, even if it wasn’t your fault, call Tony Jackson on 01785 712244 email bodyshop@hodsonford.co.uk or visit www. hodsonford.co.uk
